Colloquially known as the Tank Mouse, the Commodore 1352 was a two-buttoned mouse, made by Commodore for the Amiga 500, and the Commodore IBM PC Compatibles.
Manufacturer's Description
With mouse compatible software, the Mouse allows you to move a pointer around your screen by sliding the mouse around a desktop or table. You can select items on the screen by simply pointing and then clicking a button. A mouse lets you take advantage of windowing graphics software. No need to remember long lists of commands.
